All of the above is charged at 15% gross income total.

Optional services are charged in addition and dependant on property size.

Maintenance; Gardening & Cleaning

Our maintenance services are completely flexible and can be tailor-made to each job. All we ask is that you get in touch for prices. No job too small!

Services can include such things:

Monthly security checks plus check of equipment
Key Holding
Gardening; Grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, pruning, general garden duties

Small DIY jobs / Organise local artisans to quote for works if required
Laundry
Spring Cleaning / Deep Cleans / End of Tenancy Cleans
Electricity + Water Meter reads
Collection/Redirection of mail
Give access/arrange appointments such as utility providers etc
