This is a simple service that we offer to you as a way of looking after your holiday home/second home. We are a small local, experienced team who will care for your home throughout the year and provide you with the piece of mind that you need allowing you to have a worry free investment.
Having worked in this business for 20 years we're only too well aware that each client have their own specifics, therefore we have tried to make our service plans as flexible as possible.
Living locally means we can be on hand very quickly, and can always be contacted via phone or email. This is one of the major points of consideration when choosing a property management company, as unfortunately we just don't know when emergencies will happen (often when we're least prepared!). There are many agents out there providing services such as ours, but we do feel we can offer a personalised and professional service at a competitive rate. We're also very keen to meet with all of our clients in person if at all possible which we feel works well for all of us. This way we get a feel for our landlords needs, plus we love meeting the locals in our area!
We like to suggest that we check your property once a month, more regularly during winter months or during extreme weather conditions. This will include interior and exterior, outhouses and pools checks. Ensuring any key boxes are intact, security systems are functioning as they should be and appliances/water systems are in working order.
Following our inspections we will always report our findings to you in an email, attaching any notes and taking photographs for any issues we may find. If there were any issues that we could rectify onsite we would of course do so, anything requiring artisans we would liaise with you first and take direct instruction from you, sourcing quotes as so on. We have access to a few local artisans should we need to instruct work immediately for you.
